If you can't properly check out a client without creating unnecessary drama and your staff make it look like you're either incompetent or out to grab some fast cash...
I have been in the car business for over 5 years, I have traveled the country and been to many different mechanic shops, businesses, and dealerships. Dairyland Auto Center has taken care of me and my vehicle. They even work with you and are extremely fair. they are not cheap, but they are not expensive either. I had a wheel bearing go out about a mile from their shop. I am from out of town and needed to be some where important that day. They got me in right away, fixed the vehicle in about an hour and had me back on the road. I also thought the price was fair.

I'm sorry but I had the car looked over and the parts fixed elsewhere.
I went in for a basic oil change just prior to going out of town. I was assured at check out the car was in tip top shape.
